Cancellation policy

At poopbagclub™, we believe in giving you complete control over your orders and subscriptions. We understand that you and your pet's needs can change, which is why we’ve made it easy for you to modify, skip, pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Below are the details of how you can manage your subscription(s):

 

Subscription Flexibility

We want you to feel fully in charge of your poopbagclub™ subscription! Whether you need to skip, pause, or cancel - you can make these changes with ease:

  • Skip a Month (or Term): Going on vacation or don’t need poop bags for a while? No problem! You can skip any upcoming order directly from your account, and we won’t send (or charge for) that delivery.

  • Pause or Adjust Your Subscription: Need a break? You can pause your subscription at any time for as long as you’d like. When you’re ready to start again, simply un-pause and we’ll pick up right where we left off. You can also adjust the size of your order to fit your current needs—whether you need more or fewer rolls.

  • Cancel Anytime: No long-term commitments here. If you decide you no longer need your subscription, you can cancel at any time without any hassle. Just log into your account or contact us, and we’ll take care of the rest.

 

Order Modifications
  • You have the ability to modify or change your upcoming order before it’s processed. If you need to change the number of rolls, switch bag variants (e.g., unscented, lavender, eucalyptus), or update your delivery frequency, it’s easy to do so via your account.

  • Timing: Make any modifications to your order or subscription at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment to ensure the changes take effect before processing.

 

Order Cancellations
  • Before Shipping: If you decide to cancel an order before it’s shipped, simply contact us, and we’ll cancel it without charge.

  • After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible for that shipped order. However, if there’s an issue with your delivery, like receiving damaged or defective products, check our Return and Refund Policy. You'll then be able to cancel your subscription moving forward if needed in your account.

 

Refunds for Cancellations
  • Order Cancellations: Cancel your order before it’s shipped, and you’ll receive a full refund within 7 business days.
  • Subscription Cancellations: If you cancel your subscription before the next order is processed, no further charges will apply.
